★ 14-day Self Quarantine Is Mandatory Before Check-In To The Dormitory

To prevent the spread of Corona 19 infection, please refer the following moving in date and procedure.

Also, students who are going to live in dormitory must follow the prevention rules and personal hygiene in taking account of health of all as dormitory is the common living place.

■ Dormitory moving in date of 2020 for 1st semester

★ Foreign students can move in if they wish to move in early.

However, only those students are allowed whose incubation period (14days) has completed since the day of entry and is applied for all countries.

■ Required document during entry

① Plane E-ticket

★ Precaution: Since the submission of document is to confirm the incubation period (14days) therefore, false document submission may force to evict the dorm and all the reasonability is bare by student.

② Tuberculosis test : For examine the problem after direct X-ray shooting

■ Notice of Dormitory fee refund

○ Refund will be made for the difference in dormitory fees due to change in moving in period,(110days → 89days).

- Application for fee refund process will be announced in April (after moving in)

■ Possible period for submission of renunciation(full fee refund before moving in)

此外，准备入住生活馆的的学生，请注意遵守预防措施以及个人卫生的管理，以确保所有人的健康。 

■ 2020年第一学期生活馆入住日期

★ 如果外国留学生希望提前入住的话,是可以入住。

但针对所有国家的留学生,从入境日起,只有过了潜伏期(14天)的学生才可以入住,请大家注意。

■ 提交的文件 : 入住当天需提交

① 机票 E-ticket

★ 注意 : 由于提交的各种资料是为了确认大家是否经过了14天的潜伏期，如有材料造假行为将退宿，因此产生的各种问题由学生本人负责。

② 结核诊断证明书： 亲自进行胸部X-ray，确认正常

■ 宿舍退款

○ 因生活馆居住时间变更（110天→89天）所产生的宿舍费差额将会予以退款。

- 申请退还宿舍费的方法：预定四月（入住后）宣布

■ 提交放弃居住申请（入住前全额退还宿舍费）
