★ [COVID-19] Cancellation and Refund of CBNU dormitory(YHJ) 2020 Spring
 
For those of you who would like to cancel your dormitory even though you already paid the fee due to the continuous spread of COVID-19, please refer to the below procedures. 

[STEP 1] 
Fill out the attached Form 1(RENUNCIATION APPLICATION(학생생활관 포기원_양현재))

[STEP 2]
If you do NOT have a Korean bank account, please fill out Form 2(Power of attorney(학생생활관 환불신청 위임장_양현재)) as well. 

[STEP3]
Email CBNU Dormitory(dorm2926@cbnu.ac.kr) with the forms no later than Mar. 27, 2020(KST)


* If you pass the deadline, you will NOT receive the full refund for the fee you paid based on the CBNU Dormitory regulations.
