Ⅰ. Deferred Start of Class

  ○ The Start Date: Mar. 2 →‘Rescheduled’ Mar. 16

 

Ⅱ. Dormitory Check-In & Self-Isolation For 14days

  ○ Who: Chinese Students & All Int’l Students Coming From/Through China(2020 Spring On-Campus Residents & Any Off-Campus Residents Who Would Like To Stay In The Dormitory)

  ○ Check-In Date: Feb. 29 ~ Mar. 1 →‘Rescheduled’Feb. 24 ~ 26

  ○ Type of Residence: Single Occupancy, School Attendance Only Allowed After 14 days In Self-Quarantine

    - Grounded During Self-Quarantine Excluding Exceptional Case

  ○ Check-Out Date: Mar. 11

    - (On-Campus Residents) Remain In The Dormitory, But Rearrange The Room

    - (Off-Campus Residents) Check out and Leave For Their Own Accommodations

  ○ Fees: No Charge For Room & Board, Bedding and Utilities For 14days(Toiletries are excluded)

※ Students who check into the dormitory during the dates, Feb. 27. ~ Mar. 1. due to their flight schedules, will be charged 20,000won per day and required to check out on Mar. 11. After checking out, the students have to complete the 14 day long self-isolation on their own expense. Afterward, they will be allowed to attend class and check into the dormitory again.

※ Students who carry out self-isolation for less than 14 days on arrival in Korea, are NOT allowed to attend any class or utilize any school facilities on campus.

※ All Off-Campus Residents are required to keep themselves in Self-Quarantine thoroughly for 14days at their own expense on arrival in Korea.

※ Students are encouraged to check in no later than Feb. 26 considering the limited accommodations nearby.

※ Students are responsible for any disadvantages due to not checking in the dormitory.

Ⅳ. Cancellation Of Events

  ○ Matriculation Ceremony & Orientation: The Guideline will be sent by E-mail.

  ○ Commencement Ceremony: Diploma will be granted at each Dept. from Feb. 20.

 

Ⅴ. Leave of Absence For New Incoming Students

  ○ Who: New incoming & continuing students who would like to take a Leave of Absence due to the Coronavirus Outbreak

  ○ How: Applicants should submit the application via E-mail to Office of International Services
