A Place of Cultural Exchange and Festival, Foreign Students’ Culture Fair Takes Place
The fair was attended by about 250 students from around the world who are also students of our university. The participants presented a variety of performances to share bits of their native cultures and improve an understanding of each other’s cultures. They were followed by a saml nori performance by a club called Folk Research Club, adding thrills and excitement to the festival. Culture Fair 2015 awarded the grand prize to Chinese students, the gold prize to Indian students, the silver prize to Vietnamese students, and the bronze prize to Philippine students, while giving prizes to the rest of the participants for their efforts. They were given scholarship prizes as well. |
