The educational goal of the department of design is to foster expert designers who can lead the design culture of the future, by building their capacity in visual communication based on a thorough understanding of the basic theories and principles of design.
The curriculum’s goal is to foster intellectuals with insights and a sense of community who are also capable of creative thinking and application of design expertise. By doing so, a thought process that brings various areas together, strong leadership, artistic imagination and scientific problem-solving skills are nurtured.
