Purpose of Establishment

• To research on and develop the field of Veterinary Medicine as a pivotal role in cutting-edge life science
• To contribute to the improvement of health and welfare both humans and animals through researches of the communicable diseases between men and beasts
• To carrying out research on validity and safety evaluation of new drugs and new materials and
• To research and establish animal model related cancer and brain disease

Purpose of Establishment

• Researching veterinary medicine and life science
• Holding academic lectures and conferences
• Publishing Journal of Biomedical Research, which is a candidate to be registered in the National Research Foundation of Korea
• Supporting and managing governmental and civil research activities
• Supporting focus institutes (from 2005 till 2014)
